In honor of our first full year of chronicling the films of 1999, Phil and Kenny look back at their first 52 episodes and give out awards (for which only the films we’ve arbitrarily chosen to cover are eligible!). Join us as we run down our Bests (like actors, actresses, screenplay, song and scene), Worsts (like worst movie, worst fashion and worst aged) and Biggest (surprise, letdown).
