He is the founder of Sustainable Coastlines Hawai’i, the Director of Parley for the Ocean and the founder of the  Tribenni, a website  that allows you to raise money by volunteering in your community. This surfer and world traveler is also a husband and father of two and is the commissioner on the Clean Water and Natural Land Commission for the City and County of Honolulu. In this episode we talk about his unique career path, his love for the environment and how he started Sustainable Coastlines Hawaiʻi, growing up in Hawaiʻi as a local without Hawaiian blood, and so much more.
