She discusses her background in cross-country skiing and how it helped develop her endurance and training discipline.  Sarah talks about the technical and wet trails in Quebec and the competitive trail running scene in Canada. She also opens up about her struggles with pregnancy and miscarriages, as well as her postpartum experience and the importance of listening to her body and asking for help. She shares her journey of coming back to running after having her daughter and the challenges she faced.
