52. Sonic Boom Six (w/ Mega Infinity)
from Checkered Past: The Ska'd Cast Hosted by Robert Piquette
This one's for the kids of the mulitculture! Checkered Past heads over to Manchester to deep dive on the genre defying discography of Sonic Boom Six! To help in the discussion they welcome back Michi and Diglo of equally genre-defying band Mega Infinity! First, they discuss their new record, the differing music style that define their music and even Pokemon! Then, the Megafriends, Rob, Celine and Engineer Joey sink their teeth into SB6's entire discography from the take-no-prisoners punk of their early sound to the EDM and Metal of their middle period to their disco-meets-Ska freedom of their modern sound. No games this time, just an extra long Time Skachine! Listen to Mega Infinity's first appearance on our Streetlight Manifesto episode as well Michi and Celine's spinoff podcast Witchy With Michi on the CP/SC feed! Hosts: Celine, Rob and Engineer Joey Editor: Arianne Engineer: Joey Skassociate Producer: Chris Reeves Merch: www.checkeredpast.ca/merch Patreon: www.patreon.com/checkeredpast
