52: WANT TO STOP SABOTAGING YOUR RESULTS? - with Matt Paetz

from Own It with Samantha Warren · host Samantha Warren

60% of what we believe to be true is learned by the age of 6. That means that RIGHT NOW… you are 60% 6 year old! We are all just little kids running around, feeling like we need to have it all together! My guest today, Matt, was sexually abused from the ages of 6-11. He is now a self-development coach and helps people overcome their emotional and physical trauma. He is here to remind you: If you want to be successful, you have to grow. And in order to grow, you need to change, and that change needs to feel safe. Or else you’ll resort back to your current place of familiarity (unhappiness, lack of success or results with your body). That’s why change needs to happen slowwwwwly. Very slowly. With a plan to practice. Of many little micro-steps. On this episode we go DEEP: -how to get out of the cycle -how to heal yourself -letting go of limiting beliefs -how to stop sabotaging -how to get success and keep it -how to practice sustainable change -why failing 10x is critical before receiving success -how to curate your environment for success Guest: Matt Paetz @matthewpaetz www.matthewpaetz.com For More Info: Fit and Free Membership: www.fitandfreeforlife.com IG: www.instagram.com/saltylifts FB: www.instagram.com/balancewithsam www.balancewithsam.com
