After major medical issues, she was put in palliative care and left to die. She felt that her grave headstone would probably end up reading “Death by Potato Chips” as (quote) “The Pits of my hell had been opened and I proceeded to eat my way in”.Hailing from Kentucky, USA, she has been featured in ‘Time’ magazine for her incredible body transformation.
