Hai and Joel join this extraordinary podcast on how they helped each other heal their past traumas of Vietnam. This happened at a five-day group therapy program created by fellow Veterans and First Responders. The Battle Within program is to help those suffering from PTSD to understand the traumas they have endured in service to others. It also provides integrative tools that set the stage for healing and develop a community of support.  The Battle Within is for life's real heroes. Those who gave their time, energy, and livelihoods for others. Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, Active-Duty military, Police Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians, frontline health-care workers.
