Our guest Alex Sanfilippo suggests if you want to be more productive you need to start with your purpose defining you destination or your why.  If you can figure out your ultimate goal, then it is easier to set priorities.  Now you are ready to start looking at how you spend your time.  Take an inventory or everything you do every day for a week to discover how much time are you are spending on thigs which more you closer to your goal, and how much time are you spending on other things?
