The best cup of coffee to start your day is the happy habit! Wouldn't it be great to drink up your "happy" and fill yourself up with it? It would be so nice to wake up every morning and know you were going to be HAPPY!  Life is so much better when you are happy. And when you have the happy habit, it serves YOU! In life, there are going to be days where you don't "feel" happy due to circumstances that try to rob your joy and poison your happiness. It's the sting --- the negativity! You can allow yourself to fall into the trap of trials and tribulations or choose to rise above them with the happy habit. The happy habit takes work, but worth all your effort and focus.  The happy habit give you freedom to live your life. "Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding." ~ Proverbs 3:13 The K.I.S.S. ~ Find wisdom and gain understanding! By knowing who you are. By controlling only you. By leading with gratitude. By loving unconditionally. By living out your faith. This is just the beginning to brushing the surface of the happy habit. There are so many facets to the happy habit, just like there are with diamonds. The way diamonds are graded with the 4 C's...carat weight, cut, color, clarity. The happy habit is the same. There are many layers to getting to the heart of the gem, the diamond...HAPPINESS! Begin to create YOUR HAPPY HABIT. Find wisdom and gain understanding by answering the following questions... Who am I? What do I control? How am I grateful? How can I be grateful? How am I loving? How can I love, no strings attached, no questions asked? Ho am I living out my faith?
