#529- Becoming the Overall Champion...

On today's episode, we are going to be talking about becoming the overall Champion of the Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic 2021. Here's some context, for those of you who don't know the full story:  I'm a fitness competitor, and I competed last week at the Alberta Open where I placed Third. Not earning the First Place Trophy last weekend was enough to stir up this deep internal hunger. So I dug deep and I pushed hard.
