Colin is the founder of Taste of New Haven, connecting people with the food and culture of the pizza capital of the United States. A native of New Haven, Colin is also an architectural historian and National Register of Historic Places consultant.  *This episode was recorded on location from Ernie’s Pizzeria, with a guest appearance by Pat DeRiso, the second generation of the family to run the business.
