Polly is a doting and loving mother but begins to grow concerned when her daughter Lizzie begins to act increasingly erratic. To Polly’s horror Lizzie begins destroying property and attacking strangers blaming it all on the imaginary Drop Dead Fred. While everyone else ignores or encourages Lizzie’s delusions Polly must now find help for her daughters re-emerging mental illness.
