#53 Following Life's Transitions

Life is full of transitions, especially in mid-life. Some transitions are welcomed and bring joy into your life while others are more difficult. In this podcast, Catholic Life Coach, Jennie Guinn shares the transitions that she has experienced over the past few years as she approached midlife. She gives an honest look at how her life has changed and how she navigated the transitions with courage.  There is a myth that entering mid-life means encountering a mid-life crisis, but this is more myth than reality.
