53 | Meaningful Conversations with Brady Hoffman

from WorkHappy™ Podcast · host Greg Kettner

Brady Hoffman has been a great friend and a big part of my life for 24 years. He is an amazing human being, a great father, and a damn good Sheriff who works to make our world better and safer. Over the years, we've had many conversations. This conversation was the 2nd best one we've had. The best one was around a campfire in Phoenix, AZ. Just three good friends and a fire. We have both changed for the better. Back in our 20's we were concerned about making money and living the good life. Now we focus on our kids, family and our careers of helping others. Brady was kind enough to share his story and be vulnerable to help others. If Brady can talk about mental health, alcohol, divorce and feelings, anyone can. If you are struggling with life please reach out to a friend, a partner, your doctor, a counsellor or a mental health professional. The national crisis and suicide hotline is 988. Or you can text HEAL to 741 741. Thank you for listening to my conversation with Brady. You can follow him on Instagram. If you or your organization are looking for ways to WorkHappy or How to Talk Mental Health at work, let's talk. Remember to be kind, WorkHappy and reach out when needed.
