#53: Nick Norwitz (@nicknorwitz) - Ground Breaking Research on Cholesterol

Nick Norwitz makes his second appearance on The Meat Mafia Podcast today to discuss his work with Dave Feldman on Lean Mass Hyper-Responders. Nick and Dave explore the emerging evidence suggesting that “leanness” and good metabolic health markers may predict larger increases in LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) in response to carbohydrate restriction. We plan on having Nick back on to discuss these topics once their research is published, however in our conversation with Nick today he gave us a brief summary of the work he and Dave are putting together.
