Ruth Ozeki is the author of the novel, A TALE FOR THE TIME BEING (2013), won the LA Times Book Prize and was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Award. Her other novels include "My Year of Meats" and "All Over Creation." In 2016, she published a work of personal nonfiction called "The Face: A Time Code." Her film "Halving the Bones" appeared on PBS.
