54. 2001: A Space Odyssey

We are coming to the end of Space month, which means it is goodbye for now to the space sluts. In our last installment in the space movies, we explore Stanley Kubrick's inspiring sci-fi classic, "2001: A Space Odyssey". This movie is one of the pioneers for space themed films, but does that make it a good movie, and/or does it stand the test of time 54 years later? That is what the space sluts are here to determine.
