I can’t think of many people better to talk about CrossFit as a sport than Steven Fawcett. Ste is an athlete, coach, programmer and has competed 3 times at CrossFit games. We dive straight into the difference between influencer and athlete and how being perceived as an elite athlete isn't always the case, and the impact that can have on funding and sponsorship.
