Shuai Luo came to Australia as a student, learnt English and worked as an environmental engineer. Then one day his landlord explained how Shuai’s rent was paying off his home loan. That made him consider buying property as an investment instead of a home. Today he runs Avocado Wealth in Sydney, which specialises in finding property for Chinese investors, mostly in Sydney and Melbourne but also the rest of Australia.
