54. Comparing Suffering - Helpful or Hurtful?

Have you ever got caught in a spiral of comparing your suffering to another person's? Or feeling bad that someone else is suffering and you're not? We've noticed this theme within ourselves, and of course, in the outer reality and it makes us wonder...who is this helping?Who does it serve to compare our suffering or anyone else's suffering against anothers? By comparing, judging, or feeling guilt around our suffering...we do not alleviate any of the suffering the world experiences. What we've realized through our own lives and this candid conversation is that comparing suffering only adds to and creates more suffering.
