#54 Endre Hoffmann

In this episode i catch up with the Endre Hoffmann - the Dr of Self worth. Endre has lived an interesting life, growing up in Hungary we talk about the influences of communism in society and also the change when the regime changed as he entered high school. It makes me think of the quote 'History is always written by the winners' That said, Endre shares his story of chasing validation from his own father and only finding some peace with it later in life. For those that may be interested we touch on Neuro linguistic programming as Endre shares his experience of trying to find his own self worth and his job is actually focused on helping people get more out of their own life.
