Jasmine has studied many other modalities outside the yoga sphere that have all contributed to her understanding over the years as a teacher including art therapy, nervous system work with Irene Lyon, an introductory course into psychoneuroimmunology as well as in another lifetime where she studied jewellery and object design.Together we explore the concept of balance and how we can apply balance in our day to day life.
