Esther’s seriously thinking about getting a boob job, but after finding out what the surgery and recovery actually involve… she’s having second thoughts. Some of the details are genuinely hectic. We found something on one of the kids’ phones that completely shocked us and now we don’t know whether to laugh, panic, or both.
