54: Infertility is Unfair

In this episode, I talk about the unfairness of infertility and how you can shift feelings of anger, bitterness, and guilt, into healing and empowerment. Because the reality of the situation is, infertility is extremely unfair and there is little explanation as to the ‘why me’. But there IS an explanation for your symptoms and your struggle, and there IS a way for you to overcome these struggles and optimize your situation for a healthy and natural pregnancy. The truth is, it’s significantly more powerful to put the feelings you have about infertility into optimizing your health, than into wondering why ‘it had to be you’ and why ‘this person got pregnant and not me’.
