54.) Jake Kauffman | Air Force Pararescueman (ret.) + 24th Special Tactics Squadron

-Jake Kauffman is a O2X Business Development Manager. In this role, he leverages his tactical background and subject matter expertise to implement comprehensive performance programs into agencies within his area of responsibility. His daily focus is on forging new relationships, as well as client retention and management, ensuring each O2X client gets the highest impact program in support of their mission. -He recently retired from the United States Air Force as a Pararescueman. Jake completed basic training in 2006 and went through the Pararescue Pipeline where he graduated from Kirtland AFB in 2008.  He served at the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron before being selected for the Air Forces Tier 1 unit, the 24th Special Tactics Squadron at Fort Bragg, NC, where he served for over 10 years.  -Throughout his career, he completed 10+ combat deployments in support of numerous worldwide operations, to include Operation Enduring Freedom.
