The House of Sports, located in Ardsley, New York, is Westchester County’s premier basketball facility. There is a current crop of young and hungry officials that are striving to get to the next level. One way to accelerate your growth is to work a high frequency of games and talk about as many of those plays as you can, both during and after the game. This setting is a perfect platform to document those encounters. I'm going to be recording the conversations with my partners during time outs, halftime and pre and post game.
