Show people that you appreciate them. Tell them that you love and care about them today.2. Stop comparing your life to other lives; Your leadership journey  to other journeys. Life is too short to let comparison steal your  valuable time, so don't let it distract you from what breakthroughs are  waiting for you just around the corner.3. Focus on what is actually important and fulfilling in the long run.4. Take more risks in your leadership, in getting out of your comfort  zone, and in doing the things that will make a difference in the lives  of others and in your progress towards your goals.5.
