Veel conceptueel denkers kennen het geworstel in het schoolsysteem, zo ook Rutger de Hamer. Pas toen hij ondernemer werd, merkte hij dat leren leuk kon zijn. Sterker nog, hij zag dat dit zijn manier van leren was! Nu heeft hij een MBO voor ondernemers opgericht dat zich vooral op jongeren richt die ook in het schoolsysteem zijn vastgelopen. Hij heeft een aantal specialisten om zich heen verzameld, pakt het hele opleidingstraject anders aan en na 4 jaar studeren dit jaar de eerste studenten af met een eigen bedrijf.
