BLM is now more popular than pretty much every other political force. They always have the high ground, as you can't say anything to them without being considered racist. You can't lay low without being considered racist. The Supremes decree on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with scathing dissents by Alito and Kavannagh. I offer my dissent on how if Jim Crow was unconstitutional, so is Title VII. It is a mirror image. With the same government gun pointing right at you, the private citizen.
