Maar, zegt de Trump-aanhang, dat wil niet zeggen dat die rechters en staatsparlementen gelijk hebben. Bidens beleid Joe Biden is inmiddels enkele keren naar buiten getreden met interviews. Veel spektakel konden Bernard en David er niet in ontdekken, maar zijn beleid wordt wel duidelijker. Alle nadruk komt te liggen op de corona-epidemie met een algemene mondkapjesplicht van minstens 100 dagen, ook binnen in federale gebouwen en kantoren. Hij houdt hiermee de adviezen van de inmiddels wereldberoemde immunoloog dr. Anthony Fauchi aan. Fauchi, die enthousiast is over Bidens voorgenomen aanpak, wordt overigens op 24 december 80, maar blijft onvermoeibaar doorwerken.
