What happens when the business you built no longer fits your lifestyle? Make a graceful exit. What that means is going to be different for each person and each business. Burnout can happen for any number of reasons. Industries change and grow. People change and grow. New technologies can cause havoc or make your business so simple, you need something more to do. Whatever the reason, honor the fact that you are burnt out. Take stock of your company. Can it be sold or transferred? Can it or should it be closed down slowly? Who will take care of your customers? Unless you just won the billion-dollar lottery, you’ll need to start another business or take a position in a company. The strongest way to do that is to make your exit clean, strong and without burning bridges. Creating a new business can be an evolutionary move for you or it can be just another “thing” you try and decide against. Don’t be a flake. Stick with what you chose to do long enough to gain a great reputation, become a leader and then you can move on. So yes, you can burnout. But unlike the job your parents or grandparents took way back when that they had to stick with until retirement, if you play it right, you can change and grow. http://www.together247.net

Thanks to Nelson Mandela’s selflessness and a quote from his last international speech at the 46664 concert for his 90th birthday in Hyde Park, he told us: “It’s in your hands to make the world a better place.” We have a chance to pioneer, to take our place on the high ground of doing good and showing the world how we might spread our positive influence and energy, not only to those who need it most but indeed, to each other. Every Tuesday from 09:00 – 11:00, Brent Lindeque and Siya Sangweni-Fynn will be spreading that exact message with #HandsAcrossSA. Our vision is to see fewer platforms to man and more altars unto the King. We are the Ekklesia - a called-out body of believers gathering to establish, equip, and release believers into all mountains of culture. We desire to see the Kingdom of Heaven advance beyond four walls and Jesus get His full reward through the preaching of the full gospel without compromise. John 4:24 is the banner waving over His House Nashville as we worship God in Spirit and Truth. We are a house marked by Victory - and that sound echoes throughout our worship, prayers, and declarations. Together, we are building a pure altar. Come, bring your torch, dip into the flames, and go forth in Kingdom power, identity, and transformation.
