55. Lara’s Birth Story - Birth Preparation, Choosing a Supportive Care Provider, and Her Journey to an Empowering Birth After Birth Trauma.

In this week's podcast we are doing things a little differently and I am chatting with Lara Jezeph who openly shares her two birth stories.  Hearing others birth stories is so powerful so I can't wait for you to listen to this ep!  Lara honestly shares about her two birth experiences, and more specifically her first traumatic birth through her local public hospital, and then her healing birth with her second baby with a private midwife. We chatted about the care providers she explored and then decided on for her second birth. Initially Lara was hoping for a homebirth but made the decision that a hospital birth would be best for her circumstances and set about creating a positive environment in hospital.
