55. Preparing for Back to School

Back to school is upon us! If you have a stage 5 clinger like I do, this can be a hard moment for both them and you. This morning I had to fight back some tears as well and put on a sturdy face so I could support my son on his first day in a new school and new grade.  In this episode I share how to help your children feel more safety inside during this transition.
