We discussed the different hats we wear, and the different places and ministries we are supposed to be at, sometimes at the same time. We talked about what to do when you have to preach with next to no notice, and what emergency sermon files different people utilize.It seems to be the time of year when jobs and resumes are being posted everywhere. We discussed some of the funny things that churches look for in a hire, and the ways people get hired.
