#550 July 2026 Energy Update: You Can't Put It Back in the Box

In today's episode I am joined by Yvette Mayer, our HD Transits Expert, and Lauren Hansen, our Resident Astrologer, for the July energy update.July lands in two halves. The first is slower and more internal. We are carrying the shadow of Mercury retrograde and sitting in Gate 62, so expect pressure, a pull towards the fine details, and your body asking you to slow down, with a fast, fiery undercurrent from Mars conjunct Uranus running alongside it. The second half fires back up into throat centre gates and communication energy, with Mercury going direct on the 23rd. Running underneath all of it is Jupiter moving into Leo opposite Pluto. Buried desires and old shadows are surfacing whether you want them to or not, and you cannot put it back in the box.
