Kim Rahir had a full-time job, kids, and a beautiful home when she started seeing double and realized something was wrong. At only 45, she ended up paralyzed and spending six weeks in the hospital. It took her six months to be able to walk again, and that was only the beginning. A year later, as she continued to have symptoms, she was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis (MS). She talks about how she tried to regain her strength and started weightlifting. She is now a health coach for women who focuses on embracing female empowerment and confidence.  At the age of 60, she won a European Masters Weightlifting Championship, and she empowers women by teaching them that it is never too late to try something new.
