#56 Interview with Nicole Hercules of the Black Coaches Association

In today's episode of Can I Kick It FC, we have the pleasure of chopping it up with Nicole Hercules of the Black Coaches Association. We talk about some of the hurdles and barriers placed in coaching, why having a supportive background can help you, and how to grow the game positively.  Bio: Can I Kick it is a brand new podcast built on telling the stories of Black athletes, coaches, and owners that have impacted the game of soccer on and off the pitch. With all the beautiful footballers from Africa, Europe, The Caribbeans, and The Americas, it is shocking to see that no one has made a podcast dedicated to them. Each episode breaks down each person's career path and focuses on their impact. Follow the show on Twitter at @CIKIFC or on Instagram @rivercity93.
