After a few years of bartending and waiting tables, he was able to move out to Burbank and get an animation internship, and then through a friend got his first production job at Bento Box on Bob's Burgers! He hasn't lost sight of his goal to write, and is invested in finding freelance animation writing jobs to tell his story and help kids through some of the challenges he faced growing up.
