56: Marc Schmidt in the hot seat

Marc Schmidt is a broadcast professional and the host/creator of the podcast Marc My Words.Marc moved away from his hometown during his twenties in order to pursue a career in the tv broadcasting industry. After several years of working in his field, Marc decided to think about ways he could pursue some lifelong dreams. One of which was to speak to others about his unique journey in life. After meeting entrepreneurs who inspired and supported him, he decided to create a podcast called Marc My Words.Marc has fought every day of his life to not only be heard, but also inspire others. He used to believe that speaking and being on camera was nothing more than a dream due to being born with a cleft palette and lip. Thanks to the encouragement of entrepreneurs and others he met along the way, Marc found it within himself to overcome these obstacles and create his own podcast.
