56. Real Talk Series: How to Stop Being So Judgmental

from Own It with Samantha Warren · host Samantha Warren

You don't need fixing. You are already enough as you are. Your actions are not YOU. They are just actions. Your mistakes are not YOU. They are just mistakes. And as humans, we make mistakes! Lots of them!! When you can let go of self-judgement and practice love and compassion with yourself and others, that's when true growth and happiness happens =) In this solo episode of Balance with Sam Podcast, I share some recent discoveries about myself after joining Amanda Bucci’s mastermind: what has been coming up is lots of fear, scarcity and judgement. I share some of my feelings that triggered self-judgement and why I’m learning to be okay with them. Did you actually know that judgement is the opposite of love not hate and it causes stress and unhappiness? What you will learn: What is the scarcity mindset? How to be okay with human feelings that trigger constant self-judgement. Enough is enough- external validation is the enemy of good enough. Why making a mistake is okay and is part of the human experience and a lesson to teach others? How to break the judgement cycle. Why getting a support system is what you might need in order to break the cycle? Just let go of the judgement and stop being stuck. The 4 questions you need to ask yourself to understand why you’re not broken and don’t need fixing. Grow and open yourself to all life’s possibilities. Own who you are! How to show love to others and focus on the good of the world. Don’t be selfish and help others.
