She believes in gaining clarity on the end result, and that project success hinges on continuous, strategic, and transparent company-wide communication.When she is not busy working, she can be found doing activities with her family, reading, or planning the next beach vacation. Tracy has a Quantitative Business Analysis and Marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
