from PICK UP THE SIX® Productions · host PICK UP THE SIX

DISCLAIMER: Zac is the member of an independent team, and not associated with the Department of Defense or any other official government entity or agency. Zac Martin got a phone call from a friend a former Army soldier, “I need more help getting people out of Afghanistan.” Zac is now part of a group of patriots called Team America and they are on a non-stop mission to help Americans, their families, and others flee the mounting crisis that is the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. Zac shared a few resources: Team American an an intake email address: [email protected] He also urged our listeners to call their elected officials (Congressmen and Senator) with the following points: 1. Extend the deadline past Aug 31st for exit. Mathematically the numbers don't add up and there are not enough flights to get everyone out in time. That means we could be leaving US citizens, Green Card and Visa holders behind. That is unacceptable. 2. We need Congress to support a complete evacuation, no matter how long it takes. 3. Ensure our government gets in touch with the individuals on the ground.
