As you know by now, kindness is my jam. I am always on the hunt for fabulous ideas and innovative strategies for infusing meaningful kindness into my practice as a teacher, for the 21-Day Kindness Challenge, and in my everyday life as a mom, wife and friend. Today’s guest has a true passion for kindness, will leave you feeling inspired, excited to take on your own kindness projects with the people you serve in your life.
