What if we have a really good feeling that their recommendation is not for us? Is it impolite to inform the recommending party that we have no intention to follow through on their recommendation? Do we have to give it a chance at least? With the millions upon millions of hours of content out there growing every day, is it even a worthwhile point to put any value in a recommendation?
