Sarah und Mike kennen es aus der täglichen Arbeit mit ihren Hunden: Königsklasse ist das Thema Leine. Wann brauchen wir sie? Wann nicht? Ist sie ein Trainingswerkzeug, oder ein Alltagsgegenstand, oder beides? Wann ist der Moment gekommen, in dem der Hund von der Leine gelöst werden kann, und welche Spielregeln tun allen gute. Also Hund und Mensch!? „Pauschal ist das natürlich nicht zu beantworten, denn jeder Hund, jedes Team Hund-Mensch ist anders und hat andere Bedürfnisse“, weiß Sarah. Mike ergänzt: „Zudem haben wir es mit einem Lebewesen zutun, das von seinen Instinkten getrieben ist. Hunde nehmen so viel mehr Dinge wahr als wir Menschen. Warum sollten sie ausgerechnet auf uns hören?“. Das richtige Maß zu finden, den richtigen Ton zu treffen, um ohne Leine auszukommen, das ist das Thema in dieser Folge von „Der will nicht nur spielen“.
