Emanuele Righesis a meditation teacher and hypnosis expert. Since his early years he was attracted and curious about all related to mind, subconscious and consciousness, including meditation, eastern and western philosophies, hypnosis, psychology and neuroscience. He began learning about meditation at the age of 6 years old practicing Karate-Do for 10 years. From the age of 15 years began to meditate under the guidance of Acharya Dada Devavratananda and learning about the yoga philosophy. At 19 years was trained to teach meditation and pranayama by the Art of Living Foundation, becoming one of the youngest teachers in Italy. In 2010 at 20 years old spent some deeper time learning about the Vedic traditions in Bangalore, India. This experiences in that young age was a defining moment in his life, building the foundations of Self inquiry (Vichara) and Self awareness practices. From 2017 he deepened his studies in hypnosis and got certified by ISI-CNV International Institute for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Communication - Non Verbal (CNV), Leadership and Coaching. Constantly learning, traveling, teaching and serving has been his life's work for almost 20 years.
