Today was a really good day... why? Because I decided it was going to be..I woke up and got my head right- meditated, read, journaled and felt light and excited..I brought that energy downstairs to the kids and they felt it too..We had a blast, which reminded me of a quote my dad just shared with me on the topic..Yes there were tears and big 3 year old feelings. Yes the day started wayyy better than it ended.
