We speak to Alice Dearing - the first ever black female swimmer to represent Team GB and why it's important. We're also joined by Olympic Head Coach of British Athletics Christian Malcolm as 65 athletes are confirmed in the athletics teams for Tokyo - we discuss when a decision will be made on the fitness of World Champion Katerina Johnson Thompson. Ellie Robinson's been Paralympic champion for 5 years - she's amongst 11 returning Paralympians in the swimming pool along with 12 debutants. We ask her what's it like.
