Originally from Scotland now living in Sydney Australia. Carpenter by day, Coach to the Tradies by night. Working with men in construction to improve their wellness onsite and at home. In this episode Aaron shares his journey of two close friends passing away suddenly a year apart, and this "dark night of the soul" experience caused a shift within him.
