#58 Check Your Poo

I've been very blessed to be supported by so many wonderful people. Family, friends and people I don't even know! The cancer community on social media is strong. So many people and so many stories. Dame Deborah James has captured my heart and my respect. She's from London, England and goes by the "Bowelbabe". She has a very long list of accomplishments both personally and professionally. She has been an inspiration to so many, bringing awareness and raising millions to fight cancer, all the while, fighting her own battle with bowel cancer. I could not go another episode without giving her huge props. Thank you Dame Deborah!
